Bear Mountain Smoke Shack LLC is a rustic and authentic BBQ Food Trailer that has been proudly serving the East Coast area and beyond since 2018. Since then, our mission has been to provide awesome BBQ for all those that wish to combine fun and enjoyable ambiance with wood fired cooking into one extraordinary BBQ experience. Wood Fired BBQ
We only make BBQ from scratch. Using real hardwood like Hickory, Oak, Apple and cherry. We use the best rubs and slow cook our meets until tender, smoky perfection!
Chopped Brisket Sandwich
Our brisket is slow cooked "Texas" style! With just the right amount of rub to create a tangy, sweet and spicy bark that is super tender and full of that beef flavor!
Chopped Pork Sandwich
This is what a BBQ sandwich taste like! Mounds of smoky goodness "Georgia" style! We put no sauce on our meat. But a little sauce to make it your own is OK!
